In the Nevada caucuses, however, there is a split decision with Hillary Clinton winning the vote total, but, due to the delegates being awarded based on congressional district totals, Barack Obama winning more delegates. And, as expected, Mitt Romney and Ron Paul came in first and second in the barely contested Nevada GOP caucuses.
